The Sublime Science Store Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch your order the next working day, however some items may take up to 48 hours to be dispatched. Orders are normally sent by Royal Mail 48. If you need express delivery, please get in touch with us before you place your order and we'll do our best to help. 

All delivery times are estimates and these estimates apply to Mainland UK deliveries. 

Your order might require someone to accept delivery or you can ask us to leave it in a safe place. We're more than happy to deliver to your work or office address if that's easier for you. Please let us know when you order. 

Please be aware that Sublime Science will not cover any charges incurred for re-delivery of goods, these will be passed on to the customer. Sublime Science cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit although we take care to package your goods carefully and are happy to provide proof of postage. 

The Sublime Science Store Returns Policy

Sublime Science are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase of any item in its original undamaged packaging. Please obtain proof of posting. Returns postage is not refundable. Sublime Science cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs to products whilst in transit to us. Valid claims will be paid in full within 14 days of receiving your returns.
